A Board member since 1997, Gordon Cudney is an owner of Apex Industries, Inc., a precision sheet metal fabricator and custom paint/powder-coater located in Spokane, WA. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from UCLA and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. A Certified Public Accountant, Gordon served as Manager in Charge of Tax Department in the Sacramento office of Price Waterhouse and, later, as Director of Taxes and Assistant Controller of American President Corporation, an integrated multinational transportation and distribution company. Married with four adult children, Gordon also serves on the Board of Associated Industries and is active in church and other community activities.
