Dr. Rob McDaniel is the WSU Extension Program Director for Community Development and Associate Dean for University Partnerships. He is an applied anthropologist by training. Rob has 27 years of experience in organizational development and program administration.
Rob has extensive experience working with rural Washington communities on public participation in decision-making, strategic planning, and economic and organizational development. He provided leadership for the establishment of the WSU Extension Energy Program and WSU Learning Centers and currently is co-director of the William D. Ruckelshaus Center. The Ruckelshaus Center is a joint effort of the Washington State University and the University of Washington. The Center focuses on making the resources of the two research universities available to assist in the resolution of multi-party, public conflicts.
