Michael McNutt is Vice President - Operations of Superior Imaging Group, a supplier of high quality industrial screen printing with approximately 85 employees and over $10 million in annual sales. Superior Imaging Group grew from a small enterprise (Fascination Graphics Inc) that Michael joined in 1999 with the mandate from his partner to grow the business and standardize operations. As General Manager, he doubled the business in 18 months and took profits from break-even to roughly 20% EBITDA. Superior Imaging Group has recently introduced a program of converting to Lean manufacturing methodologies, including a program that would certify Michael to teach workshops in Lean techniques.
Prior to joining Fascination Graphics, Michael worked for many years at Flow International Corporation, as Vice President Corporate Development, Vice President/General Manager for CEM-FLOW, S.A. in Paris, Vice President Access Systems Operations, and Materials Manager. He also served as International Project Manager for Augat Communication Products and Business Manager of Augat Wiring Services after serving as Director of Operations, Manufacturing and Materials Planning Manager, and Assistant Manufacturing Manager with Telzon Inc., which was acquired by Augat.
In addition to his work for Flow International Corporation in Paris, Michael’s international experience includes positions with Augat Limited in England and Agate Trading International in Manila.
Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Willamette University.
