



Washington Manufacturing Services (WMS) announced today that Michael O’Bryon will be the new Project Manager for Pierce, Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties, beginning October 1.
“We are very happy that Mr. O’Bryon has chosen to join us,” said Nigel Moore, Vice President of Operations/COO. “He is an excellent manager and his strong background and overall manufacturing knowledge will make him an outstanding addition to WMS. With our growing success in the greater Puget Sound region, we felt it was important to continue to expand our strong presence in the area.”
Mr. O’Bryon brings more than 25 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing and Product Management. He has fifteen years of experience in educating, implementing and formalizing Lean and /or Flow Manufacturing, Toyota Production Systems, Kaizen Activities and Six Sigma, with extensive experience implementing manufacturing business strategies that transform the production process.
Most recently Mr. O’Bryon developed a Lean / Flow manufacturing software tool to assist companies assess, align, improve and sustain their process improvements. He spent 11 years with John Castanza Consulting in various positions managing and implementing demand flow technology and business strategies to manufacturers.
