Experience	Michael Schneider's 30-year career in manufacturing includes senior management experience in a number of metal industry and distribution companies and as a management consultant focused on operations and management. In addition, he has a solid background in Executive Management, Acquisition Analysis, Business and Strategic Planning, and Marketing and Sales Strategy.
Accomplishments	Managed key account relationships with telecommunications and medical device companies. Developed marketing capability that included corporate branding materials, web site and trade show strategies. Introduced Lean Manufacturing strategies to Altek in Spokane. Managed the purchase and operational integration of two facilities valued at $6 million.
