Training Programs - Hoshin Planning
Hoshin Planning is a strategic planning process that identifies and aligns all resources of the business to accomplish several major breakthrough objectives using a “catchball” process. It encourages all employees to analyze these objectives, create specific action plans for improvement, and conduct performance checks periodically. It focuses a company’s efforts on critical breakthrough issues impacting its success.
This all-day seminar will introduce attendees to the basic elements of a Hoshin plan. In addition, students will learn how key performance metrics are established to help determine the success or failure of company objectives.
